Step into Little Yoshiwara, a Japanese-themed sim inspired by Edo Town during the Bakumatsu period (1853-1867). At its heart lies the Inari Shrine, dedicated to one of Japan’s most revered deities.
Worshiped in over 32,000 shrines, Inari is associated with prosperity, agriculture, and industry. The Inari Shrine of Little Yoshiwara embodies this rich tradition with its vermilion torii gates and kitsune (fox) statues, sacred messengers of Inari. Visitors may also notice the red yodarekake (votive bibs) adorning the kitsune, a symbol of respect and devotion.
While visiting, collect a Goshuin as a keepsake and take a leisurely stroll through the sim. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Little Yoshiwara with our weekly tea banquets and theatre performances hosted by Geisha and Maiko. For those seeking a deeper connection to Japanese tradition, we also offer a C:SI combat dojo and Shinto classes.
Come and discover the spirit of Edo?where history and tradition come to life!
