Built next to waterfall-filled cliffs, Amatsu Jinja is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto (天之鈿女命), kami of dawn, mirth, meditation, revelry and the arts. The shrine is fully interactive from doing temizu purification, to ringing the bell, and buying items like omamori charms and omikuji fortunes. You can even pick up free prayer gestures, all from the shrine office. Further, the shrine grounds also host a tea garden and chashitsu (tea room) for conducting tea ceremony. There is also a kagura (holy dance) stage to perform kagura and have other special events. Finally, there is also a small "cat shrine" adjacent to it. 滝が流れ落ちる崖の横に建つ天津神社は、夜明け、喜び、瞑想、お祭り騒ぎ、芸術の神である天之鈿女命（あめのうずめのみこと）を祀る神社です。手水、鈴を鳴らす、お守りやおみくじなどを購入するなど、神社では様々な体験ができます。社務所では無料の祈祷も受けることができます。神楽を披露したり、その他の特別なイベントを開催するための神楽舞台もあります。さらに、境内には茶庭と茶室があり、茶会を催すことができます。
